I think this is an excellent approach. I’m not a lawyer but I’ve long wondered why nobody has brought suit under the Geneva Convention which bans torture. It is my understanding the Geneva Convention classifies sleep deprivation as torture. So many people suffering from wind turbine syndrome complain about sleep disorders. Is it too much of a stretch to bring suit?

IF IT WAS NOT TRUE IT WOULD NOT BE FUNNY!

The commercial wind turbine noise called low frequency or infra sound has become a human rights issue. The towns of Falmouth, Fairhaven, Scituate and Kingston, all in Massachusetts, have thousands of noise complaints. The acoustic impact of wind turbine noise has been reported by families and communities.

Today, more complaints and lawsuits come from those who live near newly operational wind turbine sites. Many individuals start off their newly identified health problems with the movement of the blades.

Massachusetts has had quasi state agencies that have spent millions of dollars in taxpayer resources over the past ten years. These quasi agencies were designed to promote wind energy.

Now the State of Massachusetts is faced with thousands of noise complaints. The state is in denial over the noise making people sick enough to move out of their homes or move to their basements.

Now what do all the politicians do? Is this another Big Dig? You bet it is, but this time people are getting sick. The people who live around the turbines told accounts of torture and cruel, inhuman, and degrading treatment by the State of Massachusetts—its cities and towns.

Amnesty International works to stop United States human rights violations! It’s time to give them a call and start holding people responsible!
